: Reporting to the Manager, the staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients/patients/residents incorporating best practice and evidence-based research. The incumbent will also be responsible for the supervision of students assigned to them.

Education

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

Licenses

- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

- ability and willingness to travel within service delivery area

Other Information

- Travel allowance is provided.
- Travel required to various community/rural sites within Regina PHC Networks
- HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria
- Home base for this position is: 204 Wascana Street (Subject to change)
- Some assignments may require access to a vehicle for work.
- Position will be assigned to a Primary Health Care Network within PHC Services
- Can work flexible schedule; ability to work shifts based on operational needs.
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
