We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Intern to support our team with various administrative and office tasks. This is a temporary, one month part time position that offers hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities: Assist Service Coordinators with basic administrative and office tasks

Organize and maintain training records, files, and documentation

Contact field technicians to confirm that required training and certifications are current and up to date

Follow up with technicians regarding missing or expired training documents

Collect, file, and organize training certificates and related records

Update spreadsheets and tracking logs with training information

Help prepare simple reports and documents as needed

Monitor shared email inboxes and forward messages to the appropriate team members

Support the team with general office organization and filing

Complete other administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
