Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Interview: Face-to-Face Required Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead PMO and operational enablement initiatives.

✅ Drive governance execution and operating model implementation.

✅ Coordinate Integrated Business Reviews (IBRs) and executive reporting.

✅ Develop leadership dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics.

✅ Support workforce planning, capacity planning, and resource management.

✅ Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational excellence.

Required

Skills

✔ 10+ years of Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence experience.

✔ Robust expertise in governance frameworks and operating models.





✔ Executive reporting, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.

✔ Workforce planning and resource management experience.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Preferred:

⭐ Experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Technology, or Enterprise Shared Services.
