Talkshow is a faith-based media platform focused on transformational conversations, leadership and storytelling. --- ## POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Canada Global Headquarters. The successful candidate will establish operational systems, coordinate teams, manage documentation, track project progress and ensure effective execution of company priorities across publishing and media initiatives. --- ## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily operational activities and administrative systems. Coordinate employees, contractors and departments. Track assigned duties, deadlines and project progress. Prepare operational reports and performance updates. Support publishing projects, book launches and media productions.



Coordinate workflows between editorial, creative, marketing and production teams. Manage operational documentation and contract administration. Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Support coordination with Bethel branches in South Africa and the United States. --- ## REQUIREMENTS Applicants must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Administration or related field. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in operations, project management or leadership. Experience or strong familiarity with book publishing, media, creative industries or content production. Experience managing teams and multiple projects. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
