Now Hiring: Order Picker (Food Industry Experience Required)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Order Picker with a background in the restaurant or food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick items according to customer order sheets, ensuring correct quantity and size
- Build pallets or carts with completed orders and stage them for truck loading
- Hand-load orders into Sprinter vans in the correct sequence for efficient deliveries

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the food industry (restaurant, grocery, or similar experience preferred)

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify specific product details and ensure accuracy

Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently

Teamwork & Communication:



Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production quotas

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Availability: Must be available to start at 6:30 AM, Monday–Saturday.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
