Position Summary

Provides order processing support to Customer Service team, to deliver the highest level of service. Position is a clerical support role for the Customer Service team. Bilingualism (English and French) is required. This position can be remote, based in Quebec or Ontario.

Principal Responsibilities: Accurately enters and reviews sales orders in the system

Ensures all proper paperwork is filed in customer folders to meet department policy

Assists with special projects/reporting as assigned

Develops and maintains detailed written desk instructions covering all major responsibilities

May perform additional clerical responsibilities including mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks

Participates and contributes to company safety program





Inputs customer and sales data into processing system according to company procedures

Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; previous clerical support experience

License/Certification: N/A

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Experience with SAP is considered an asset

Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail

Capability to multi-task and work under pressure of deadlines

Ability to work in a team setting and interface interdepartmentally

Bilingual (English/French), written and spoken
