Job Summary

We are a small company specializing in custom homes and new construction painting, and we’re looking for a Painter or Painter’s Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has painting experience and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, filling, and masking
- Assist with priming and painting (brush & roll)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a small team
- Support the lead painter in completing high-quality finishes

Requirements

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- 2 year experience minimum (Preferably 3-5 years experience)

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
