As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends). What You Will Do Replenish product on the sales floor Manage and receive stock Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient Support Customer Service and Experience Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confiming placement of all products on sales floor What You Bring 1 year Customer Service experience preferred Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred Detail oriented and organized Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (15-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift (store operation hour is 9:30am to 6:30pm) Why Join Urban Barn:
