Premier Spine and Sport is growing fast. In the last year we added two registered massage therapists, brought on an acupuncturist, and welcomed a new associate chiropractor. Our front desk needs to grow with us. We're looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to run the front of house like it's their own. At a clinic this size, it basically is.

Premier Spine and Sport Rehabilitation & Wellness is an independently owned clinic in Concord, Ontario (Vaughan), offering chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, and acupuncture under one roof. We do direct billing, we show up in the community through golf clinics, marathon recovery events, and local partnerships, and we treat patients like neighbours, because most of them are.

About the Role

You'll be the first voice patients hear and the person keeping our growing, multi-provider schedule running smoothly. You'll report directly to the clinic owner and work closely with the whole care team.

What You'll Do

- Own the front desk: greet patients and manage the daily schedule across chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture
- Answer phones and emails fast and warmly, every time
- Handle direct billing and insurance coordination so patients never have to think about it
- Run patient reactivation calls to keep the schedule full




- Present care plans and packages clearly and confidently, no hard sell required
- Keep the front of house calm and organized, even when the schedule is packed

What We're Looking For

Required

- Experience in a customer-facing role: retail, hospitality, front desk, or receptionist work
- Comfort having sales-style conversations (packages, memberships, upsells) without ever feeling pushy
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable juggling a multi-provider schedule
- A warm, transparent communicator on the phone and in person

Preferred:
- Experience with practice management software (we use Halaxy) or a medical/health office background
- Familiarity with insurance billing or direct billing
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or spa-type setting

Compensation and Benefits

- $20.00/hour to start, full-time
- Monday to Friday, no weekends, ever
- 10 paid vacation days to start, plus all 9 Ontario stat holidays paid
