Key responsibilities include coordinating nursing staff and managing hospital bed utilization for optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring that patient services are not only safe but also cost-effective. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing levels
