Remote in Ontario or Quebec, role is based in Ottawa, may have to travel to Toronto or MTL for workshops

Need a mix of technical and business side experience, executive-type candidate with a very solid technical background in payments modernization

Has the technical knowledge and senior business experience to communicate with c-suite stakeholders The Payments Transformation Executive serves as the primary strategic advisor to the client, ensuring technology delivery aligns with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and long-term modernization goals. Acting as the bridge between executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams, this role provides leadership across the full program lifecycle, guiding delivery strategy, resolving complex challenges,



and ensuring successful execution of large-scale payment transformation initiatives. The advisor will regularly engage with C-suite executives, business leaders, enterprise architects, and program teams to drive alignment, manage risks, and support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in Real-Time Payments and ISO 20022 , Enterprise Payment Architecture , large-scale Program Delivery , and Payments Strategy & Modernization Advisory . They possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes while influencing executive decisions and ensuring delivery meets both technical and strategic client objectives.
