We develop and distribute brands across various industries, including beauty products, pharmaceuticals, and pet products, and continue to expand our global business presence.

We are currently seeking an E-commerce & Marketing Specialist who will contribute to the growth and operations of our new brands in the Canadian market.

E-commerce / Marketing Specialist

E-commerce Operations

- Manage and operate the company’s online store (Shopify) and product listings
- Support operations of global marketplaces such as Amazon
- Register and manage product information
- Apply pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance

Product Management
- Upload and update product detail pages
- Manage product images and marketing content
- Support new product launches
- Manage product categories and options





Order & Customer Service Operations
- Manage order, shipping, return, and exchange processes
- Monitor customer inquiries and product reviews
- Collect customer feedback (VOC) and share improvement suggestions

Data Management
- Organize sales data by sales channel
- Report sales performance and inventory status
- Support promotional performance analysis
- Monitor competitors and market trends

- Education: No specific educational requirement
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (exceptional entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in e-commerce or online store operations
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Solid communication skills

- Experience managing Shopify stores
- Experience operating online marketplaces
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central
- Experience in the pet industry or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
