Position: Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist – Kroll Deployment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist to support Pharmaprix pharmacy locations across Quebec during the deployment of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System

. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless system implementation by providing hands-on training, operational validation, technical support, and go-live assistance. The successful candidate will collaborate with pharmacy teams, IT, operations, and corporate stakeholders to ensure pharmacies are fully prepared and operational during system conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide on-site and remote support to pharmacy teams during the transition to the Kroll Pharmacy Management System .

· Train pharmacy staff on new system workflows, processes, and best practices.

· Support pharmacy readiness activities, including system conversion preparation and go-live validation.

· Ensure operational and technical requirements are completed before system launch.

·Troubleshoot and document system issues, workflow challenges, and implementation risks.

· Collaborate with pharmacy support teams, IT, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders throughout deployment.

· Identify opportunities to improve system adoption, workflow efficiency, and user confidence.





· Provide post-launch support to ensure pharmacies are fully functional on Kroll.

Required Skills:

· Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment, preferably within Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart locations.

· Hands-on experience with pharmacy management systems; Kroll experience is highly preferred, and AssystRx is a strong asset.

· Experience training and supporting pharmacy teams during system transitions or implementations.

· Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and dispensing operations.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rollout environment.

· Strong attention to detail when documenting processes, issues, and implementation activities.

· Ability to travel frequently across Quebec ( approximately 80% travel ).

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules based on conversion timelines.

· Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

· Bilingual English/French communication skills are preferred.

Must Have Skills:

· Retail pharmacy operations experience.

· Kroll Pharmacy Management System experience.

· Pharmacy software implementation/support experience.

· End-user training and change adoption support.

· Go-live readiness and system validation experience.

· Robust troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Quebec.
