Responsibilities

- Design and deliver dynamic pickleball coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels

- Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies to beginners and advanced players alike

- Monitor players’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement

- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment

- Organize friendly matches, drills, and tournaments to encourage community engagement

- Maintain a clean and organized court environment, including equipment setup and storage





- Communicate effectively with participants to foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes fun and learning

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching pickleball or similar racquet sports

- Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and game strategies

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of players

- Ability to demonstrate proper technique through clear instruction and live demonstrations

- Basic swimming skills are a plus for outdoor or aquatic facility settings

- Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a lively environment

Pay: $40.00 per hour
