Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a robust understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.




- Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures regarding food service and safety.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
- Experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, especially pizza-making methods.
