Come to Life. We're looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of pool installation projects from start to finish.
As Pool Installation
Foreman, you'll lead crews, coordinate the work on site, solve problems in real time, and help turn a homeowner's backyard vision into something they can enjoy for years to come. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already an experienced Foreman—or for a strong leader from construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, utilities, fencing, or another skilled trade who is ready to take on a new challenge. You don't need to know everything about pool installation on day one.
We are willing to train the right person who brings strong leadership, good judgment, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work. If you enjoy being outdoors, leading a team, solving problems, and seeing a project come together from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do As Foreman, you'll be the key leader on site, making sure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll Lead, coach, and motivate installation crews throughout each project
Plan and coordinate daily site activities and crew priorities
Oversee excavation, grading, base preparation, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors
Conduct daily safety, quality, and progress checks
Read and work from construction plans and drawings
Use measurements, elevations, and laser levels to ensure accurate installation
Operate or oversee the use of excavation equipment and other job-site tools
Identify problems early and make practical, timely decisions to keep projects moving
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes
Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and professional
Communicate clearly with homeowners,
project managers, suppliers, drivers, and subcontractors
Provide homeowners with a professional and positive experience throughout the installation
Complete daily reports, job photos, and required project documentation What Success Looks Like You'll Know You're Succeeding When Projects stay on track and move efficiently from start to finish

Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, fast-paced environment

Comfortable reading construction drawings—or willing and able to learn
Experienced with excavation equipment, laser levels, hand tools, and power tools—or motivated to learn A strong communicator who can work effectively with both crews and customers
Familiar with construction safety practices—or willing to learn
Able to learn and follow applicable building codes, installation standards, and company procedures The holder of a valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's licence
Class 3A experience is an asset Experience in pool installation is an asset, but it is not the only path to this role. We welcome candidates with strong leadership and hands-on experience in construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, utilities, fencing, or other related trades. If you bring the right attitude, leadership qualities, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll help you build the pool installation knowledge you need to succeed.
