- Complete process mapping, modelling, analysis, and design to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvements across operations
- Prepare, facilitate and present findings and recommendations to multiple business units and multiple levels of management in person and virtually
- Plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery, management of risks and change, and adherence to standards
- Support the identification of process improvement initiatives through monitoring process performance data
- Extensive collaboration with all core business and enablement teams throughout the organization
- Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements
- Other duties as required.

Requirements - A minimum of 7+ years' experience planning, implementing and managing change for process improvement projects

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or engineering related field
- Training and/or certification in one or more process management disciplines and/or methodologies such as Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, or others, is preferred
- Training and/or certification in root cause analysis, project management and change management are considered robust assets




- Knowledge and experience working with BPMN 2.0 or other modelling languages
- Knowledge of pharmacy and/or infusion clinic, patient support program and drug wholesale operations is an asset
- Knowledge of provincial college of pharmacy and Health Canada regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical supply chain is an asset.
