Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Co-ordinator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee production schedules, coordinate materials and resources, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed production schedules aligned with customer demands and project timelines
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components using our ERP system- Epicor
- Monitor inventory levels through demand planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and supply chain data to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline processes using lean manufacturing principles, reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Track production progress, troubleshoot issues promptly,



and communicate updates clearly across departments
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, inventory movements, and quality checks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow data and suggesting process enhancements

Requirements

- Proven experience in manufacturing coordination or production planning within a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP for managing production data and workflows
- Familiarity with demand planning, MRP systems, and supply chain management practices
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction
- Experience working within manufacturing or signage industries is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with cross-functional teams
