We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our Vancouver team. If you're a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced live event environments and enjoys bringing complex productions to life, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of live events from concept through completion. Working closely with clients, venue partners, sales teams, and technical crews, you'll ensure every production is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of live events, conferences, and special productions.

Coordinate audio, lighting, video, staging, LED, and power distribution requirements.

Develop production schedules and allocate equipment and crew resources.

Supervise on-site production teams and ensure safe, efficient event execution.

Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to translate client requirements into detailed production plans and budgets.





Maintain quality standards while managing timelines and project costs.

Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and production partners.

Support staff training, mentoring, and continuous process improvement.

Promote and enforce workplace health and safety standards on every project.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing live event or audiovisual productions.

Strong technical knowledge of professional audio, lighting, video, staging, and power systems.

Experience interpreting technical drawings and production documentation.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising technical crews.

Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.

Calm, confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices within the live events industry.

Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
