Role Description The Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the distillery in Elmira, ON. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, including preparing raw materials, operating distillation and bottling equipment, monitoring processes, and maintaining accurate production records. The role involves performing quality checks, following safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting with packaging, labeling, and inventory handling.

The Production

Specialist collaborates with the production team to meet schedules, optimize workflows,



and ensure products meet company standards. This role may also assist with training new team members on production procedures and equip ment use. Qualifications

Production Planning and Production Management skills to help coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow.

Quality Control skills to monitor product consistency, safety standards, and compliance with production specifications.

Strong Communication and Training skills to collaborate with team members and support onboarding of new staff.

Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage production, or a related field is an asset.

Ability to follow safety protocols, lift and move materials, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn distillation and bottling processes.

Availability for full-time, on-site work in Elmira, ON, including occasional extended or flexible hours as needed.

Starting Wage: $21/hour
