Job Title: Production Support Analyst (Unix/Linux, SQL, Control-M, ITRS Geneos, Capital Markets)

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools)
- Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring
- Solid knowledge of SQL, including querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support activities

Domain Expertise

- Experience in Capital Markets domain
- Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks, Front Office, Middle Office, or Quantitative teams
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, and financial products is highly preferred

Communication Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, traders, quants, and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python
