Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking an ERP Transformation Program Manager – Global Business Services (GBS) to lead one of the organization's most strategic global transformation initiatives. Reporting within the Global Business Services organization, this role will be responsible for leading the delivery of a multi-year ERP transformation program that will standardize business processes, modernize enterprise systems, and establish a scalable global operating model.

This position requires an experienced program leader with a proven track record of delivering complex ERP implementations, managing large system integration partners, and driving cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology teams in a global workplace.

Responsibilities

As ERP Transformation Program Manager – Global Business Services (GBS), you will be responsible for:

- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a multi-year global ERP transformation program.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure all program activities follow Global Business Services PMO governance standards and project management best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including Chart of Accounts standardization and Global Master Data definition.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide transparent program reporting to senior leadership.
- Own the master program plan and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and external System Integration (SI) partners.
- Partner closely with the SI Program Manager to drive planning, prioritization, scope management, and successful execution.
- Hold implementation partners accountable for project commitments, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and oversight to project managers across all phases of the ERP implementation.
- Ensure business objectives, compliance requirements,



and operational needs are reflected throughout solution design and deployment.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to support organizational readiness, communication, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Monitor program health, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology or ERP implementation programs.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar ERP transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing System Integration (SI) partners and vendor performance.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
- Experience managing ERP system implementations involving integrations and complex enterprise data structures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Nice To Have:

- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience leading global ERP implementations across multiple legal entities and geographic regions.
- Experience with enterprise process standardization and global governance initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption during enterprise system transformations.
