Project Controller (Bilingual English/French) Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite) Schedule: Full-time. This role supports teams across both the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and AMR (Americas) regions. Typical work hours begin at approximately 7:00 AM (Montreal time) to provide coverage for the EMEA region.

Flexibility is required to occasionally adjust working hours to support meetings and collaboration with the Americas. Due to the early schedule, only one day per week in the Montreal office is required. About the Role

We are seeking a Project Controller to support a portfolio of projects across the Americas (AMR) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). This role is ideal for someone with strong project controls experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Working closely with Project Controls Leads, Asset Managers, Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams, you will help monitor project performance, manage budgets, support forecasting, and ensure accurate project reporting. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track project budgets, costs, forecasts, and schedules.

Prepare monthly project control reports and performance updates.

Support forecasting, annual planning, accruals, and budget reviews.

Coordinate purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), service entry sheets (SES), and invoice tracking.





Support vendor management and invoice verification.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

Coordinate regular project review meetings with internal stakeholders.

Ensure project control processes, tools, and procedures are consistently followed.

Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and best practices.

Support regional training initiatives and onboarding of new project controls team members as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of experience in Project Controls.

Experience managing project controls across multiple projects within a large organization.

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, accruals, and project reporting.

Experience with vendor management, invoicing, and financial tracking.

Knowledge of project management and project control principles.

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and change management is considered an asset.

Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.

Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
