Dasro is looking for a Project Coordinator for one of its clients in Regina, SK.

The successful candidate will provide project coordination support across complex healthcare facility capital projects, working with project teams, technical resources, vendors, contractors, healthcare stakeholders, and operational teams. This role requires strong experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects within healthcare environments, along with excellent stakeholder management, documentation, planning, and project tracking skills.

Location: Saskatchewan, Canada. Candidates must be located in Saskatchewan. (Travel to project sites within Saskatchewan may be required)

Contract Duration: Initial contract term until March 31, 2027. Potential extension options available for up to two additional 12-month terms.

Anticipated Start Date: TBD, 2026

Responsibilities

- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of IT infrastructure components within healthcare capital projects, including:Coordinate IMIT (Information Management / Information Technology) project activities across major and minor facility capital projects.
- Support multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate coordination between project teams, technical teams, vendors, contractors, healthcare stakeholders, and end users.
- Support project planning, scheduling, scope development, and implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and tracking documentation.

- Manage and track procurement activities for IT equipment, technology solutions, and services.
- Support IMIT budget development, tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and status updates.

- Track project issues, risks,



decisions, and escalations.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track action items.
- Support end-user reviews and technical solution reviews to validate requirements.

- Provide on-site project coordination and implementation support when required.
- Work closely with project and program management teams to successfully scope and deliver projects.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure projects within major and minor capital construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects within the healthcare sector.
- Must be located in Saskatchewan and legally permitted to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing IT infrastructure or software projects with:
- Budgets exceeding $2M.
- Teams exceeding five (5) FTEs.
- Distributed teams and matrixed operational resources.
- Experience delivering projects in large enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems and established change management processes.
- Healthcare technology, healthcare information systems, or data analytics project experience.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure standards, and enterprise technology environments.
- Experience coordinating technology implementations within healthcare facilities or capital construction projects.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- MS Project
- Excel (advanced reporting and analysis)
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Visio
- Strong project planning, estimating, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives impacting large user groups.
