Reports to: Manager, Campus Improvement Team (CIT), Redevelopment Salary Range: $35.35 - $53.03 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Status: Permanent Full-Time

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced professional to join the FM-PRO team as a Project Coordinator II, Campus Improvement Team (CIT).

As an integral member of the Redevelopment Projects Team, the Project Coordinator leads multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, design, construction, furniture installation, and relocation. Reporting to the Manager, CIT, the Project Coordinator ensures smooth execution of projects across all UHN campuses. The CIT oversees both planning and implementation, often in live clinical environments where attention to detail and safety are critical.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular on-site presence.

Duties

Coordinate and implement strategies to ensure cost-effective, timely execution of multiple projects, including planning, design, construction,



furniture installation, and relocation for assigned user groups

Define project scope by outlining objectives and goals required to meet standards

Develop and maintain accurate project documentation

Monitor and control project scope, budget, and schedule

Perform quality management responsibilities

Conduct project walkthroughs, provide consultation, and lead stakeholder meetings to manage objectives, expectations, and address deficiencies

Track progress and quality of work related to project outcomes; maintain project management tools

Perform administrative tasks to support efficient and effective department operations

Carry out cross-functional and other duties consistent with job classification, as assigned, to contribute to the successful functioning of the Redevelopment Projects portfolio

Qualifications

Completion of a 3-year community college program in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, Urban Planning, or equivalent

Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in project coordination

Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals required

Experience in planning and ordering Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E;)

Experience with decanting and relocation of personnel, furniture, and equipment

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset

Knowledge of building technical codes and standards applicable to acute healthcare environments is an asset

Experience working in a healthcare workplace is an asset

Knowledge of Broader Public Sector Procurement Directives and Supply Chain Guidelines is an asset

Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage minutes, emails, meetings, and client/stakeholder/vendor relationships





Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications required

AutoCAD and MS Project experience is an asset
