Your role involves coordinating multiple teams, ensuring project timelines, and continuous improvement efforts are met. You will play a pivotal role in stakeholder communication and project reporting, ensuring all initiatives align with Aurora's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cultivation projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including resources.
- Organize meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.




- Build strong stakeholder relationships for explicit communication.
- Oversee resource use and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements:
- At least 2 years of project management experience in relevant industries.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Engineering.
- Proven project execution skills within budget constraints.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes preferred.
