This role involves direct client interaction, managing budgeting, and overseeing trades to guarantee quality outcomes. You will play an essential role in helping communities recover from losses and restoring peace of mind. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee full project lifecycle from loss notification to completion
- Create restoration plans based on onsite assessments
- Manage teams, equipment, and client communications
- Administer budgets, estimates, and project supplements
- Implement and uphold strict safety standards Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years managing restoration projects
- Experience with insurance projects and adjuster relations
- Competence in Xactimate and related software
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
