Our financial services client is seeking a Project Manager II (2+ years of experience) to support cyber regulatory and audit projects related to Glasswing Join a high-performing team supporting cyber-focused regulatory and audit initiatives within a large banking environment. This role contributes to portfolio planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across business teams and senior leadership. The position offers exposure across the organization while supporting high-visibility initiatives within Global Security and Defence.
Contract, Toronto, Onsite, 5 days on site 310/320 Front Street West Corporate 3 months Must Haves
2+ years in Project Management or Project Analyst roles
Business cases , requirements gathering , and financials
Governance frameworks , reporting structures , and portfolio planning
Post secondary education – degree or diploma Nice to Have
Prior banking industry experience
PMP certification Responsibilities
Develop governance frameworks, processes, and reporting structures to track performance and support decision-making
Lead portfolio planning and execution activities across cyber regulatory and audit projects
Manage interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across project activities
Translate team goals into actionable plans and monitor progress against objectives
Design executive-ready materials and dashboards communicating project progress and recommendations
Build relationships with business stakeholders and senior executives to support strategic priorities
