Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time position with our head office in Fort Nelson, BC.

The Project

Manager will plan, organize, and oversee construction and remediation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project resources, managing logistics and equipment needs, monitoring site progress, and working closely with site supervisors, expeditors, and inspectors to resolve issues promptly. The role involves preparing and maintaining project documentation,



communicating with clients and stakeholders, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and reporting on project performance.

The Project

Manager will also support continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and contributing to standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Project oversight skills, including Project Management and related planning and coordination abilities.

Expediting experience, with proficiency as an Expeditor and in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Inspection skills to support quality control, compliance checks, and verification of work completed.

Logistics Management skills to coordinate equipment, materials, transportation, and scheduling across multiple sites.

Relevant experience in construction, environmental remediation, civil or geotechnical projects, preferably in remote or industrial settings.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and risk management awareness.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, field teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency with project management software and basic digital tools for tracking schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Knowledge of applicable safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
