Opportunity Summary

Based in Mississauga, Canada, the Project Manager will lead and coordinate the successful relocation of our Bag-in-Box manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving all aspects of the industrial relocation project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What you will be doing

Lead the end-to-end relocation of the Canadian Bag-in-Box manufacturing facility, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Develop, maintain and execute the overall project plan, including milestones, timelines, critical paths, resource planning and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate all project activities with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and external partners to ensure effective delivery of each project phase.





Manage the preparation of the new facility, equipment relocation, installation, commissioning and production start-up, while minimising disruption to business operations.

Monitor project progress, budget, schedule and key performance indicators, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and escalating significant deviations where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all Group policies and applicable health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements throughout the project.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities and effective management of supplier performance.

Prepare and present regular project updates to senior leadership, including progress against milestones, budget status, risks, issues and recommended actions.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related technical discipline.

Proven experience managing complex industrial, manufacturing or capital investment projects;

experience in plant relocation is an advantage.

Strong project planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented approach.

Strong communication and influencing skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Highly adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project (or equivalent project management software).
