Our client, a respected consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving business development efforts, managing high-quality proposal submissions, and elevating the firm’s marketing presence across the AEC industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending proposal coordination, content development, marketing communications, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, and related materials
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submissions
- Manage proposal schedules, templates, project sheets, resumes, and tracking/reporting tools
- Support marketing initiatives including social media content, website updates, project profiles, and promotional materials
- Develop compelling written content such as case studies, project descriptions,



and award submissions
- Monitor procurement sites and track new business opportunities
- Assist with conferences, events, sponsorships, and industry relationship-building efforts

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, business development, or communications
- Experience in skilled services, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or consulting
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Creative Suite
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred
- Familiarity with BC Bid, MERX, and Bids & Tenders is an asset
