What You'll Do:
- Perform commercial cleaning at a variety of client locations.
- Follow detailed cleaning procedures and company standards.
- Ensure every job is completed thoroughly and professionally.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel between job sites when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is dependable and shows up on time.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Works well with others.
- Has leadership potential and is willing to grow within the company. (optional)
- Has a valid Class 5 driver's license and is comfortable driving between job sites.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (required).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
- Commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
