Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead Quality Engineering initiatives across applications and platforms

✔ Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework

✔ Drive UI, API, functional, and regression test automation

✔ Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

✔ Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to implement Shift-Left testing

✔ Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices

Required Skills

✅ 6–7+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience

✅ 2–3+ years as a QE Lead or Test Lead

✅ Solid hands-on experience with Robot Framework

✅ Proficiency in Python

✅ UI Automation using Selenium and/or Playwright

✅ API Testing using REST APIs, Postman, or Python Requests

✅ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail
