You'll leverage your experience to lead initiatives that ensure high-quality, evidence-informed services while integrating Indigenous teachings. Your leadership will help build relationships within the community, promote professional development, and drive continuous quality improvement across programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance and accreditation initiatives
- Develop tools and frameworks to ensure quality
- Coordinate accreditation processes and self-assessments
- Support policy and service improvement planning
- Deliver workshops and training for staff Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- 5-7 years of experience in program evaluation
- Training in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
- Excellent relationship-building and project management skills
