A Day in the Life of a Quality Manager The Quality Manager promotes the Accreditation Services (AS) Branch’s ongoing conformity with international requirements in the delivery of accreditation services.

The Quality

Manager supports the branch to implement the quality management system (QMS) and manages and delivers the branch quality assurance program by monitoring branch practices and activities.

The Quality

Manager also educates staff and contracted personnel about the QMS, the quality assurance program, and the role of international standards in guiding branch processes and activities. Your Background

Requirements

Security clearance: Secret, Level II

Language: Bilingual Imperative (SISS) Education Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience and skills 5 years of progressive experience related to standardization, accreditation, quality management, and process improvement Demonstrated experience implementing, maintaining, and continually improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related principles to ensure accreditation services conformity and operational excellence

Solid analytical skills Experience collecting, interpreting, and reporting performance, quality, risk, and customer data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends,



and provide evidence-based recommendations Experience collaborating with internal teams, management, corporate functions, assessment personnel, , and accreditation partners to coordinate quality initiatives, support audits and evaluations, and promote consistent application of quality standards across the organization

Proven experience planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits, peer evaluations, compliance reviews, and other conformity assessment activities

Experience in customer service and complaint handling You May Also Have Experience with ISO/IEC 17011, ISO 9001

PMP experience/certification Key Activities Supports the branch in the implementation of the QMS Manages and maintains the QA program

Supports and facilitate the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the branch processes within the QMS Facilitates the conformity of the QMS with international requirements and obligations

Facilitates the branch in the implementation of the nonconformity, continual improvement, document management, and records management Coordinates complaint handling in collaboration with corporate

Supports the branch to respond to internal audit and peer evaluation findings.

Conducts internal audits as assigned per the Audit Program.

Analyzes internal audit, peer evaluation, corrective and preventive actions, and complaint information, identifying improvement opportunities or corrective actions

Coordinates peer evaluations

Assists in the preparation of the corporate management review

Develop, conduct, and analyse required surveys such as customer satisfaction and activity surveys

Monitors program activities to identify and recommend improvements to enhance and improve programs, processes, systems, and the delivery of accreditation services
