Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Realtor in Training. This paid internship position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales, client relations, and property management while working alongside seasoned professionals. If you’re passionate about helping people find their dream homes and eager to develop your skills in a agile setting, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

- Assist licensed real estate agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Support marketing efforts by creating listings, social media content, and promotional materials
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to provide clients with valuable insights




- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and preparing documents
- Develop strong communication skills by engaging with clients, vendors, and team members
- Participate in training sessions to learn about negotiation strategies, property management, and real estate laws
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and follow-up

Skills

- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote properties and attract buyers
- understand marketing through insta, facebook, mass e mailouts
- Basic understanding of property management principles and real estate processes
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is highly valued
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
