Scorpium Inc. is one of Canada's fastest-growing direct-sales companies, partnered with brands like Fiserv/Clover, and HelloFresh. We're scaling fast, and we need someone to own two things that fuel that growth: finding great people and telling our story .

This is a hybrid role for someone who's equal parts recruiter and content creator.

On the recruiting side, you'll:

- Post and manage job ads across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes, run phone interviews, and book candidates for in-person interviews
- Keep our candidate pipeline organized and moving daily
- Track recruiting metrics — applications, show rates, hires

On the social media side, you'll:

- Create and post content that shows off our team culture (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Capture photos and videos at team events, trainings, and activations




- Build our employer brand so top candidates come to us
- Grow engagement and turn followers into applicants

You're a fit if you:

- Love talking to people - on the phone, on camera, in person
- Are organized enough to juggle a pipeline and creative enough to make content people actually watch
- Move quick, take ownership, and don't need to be micromanaged
- Have experience in recruiting, social media, or content creation (any combination works, attitude matters more)
