About Doodle All Daycare

Doodle All Daycare is a brand-new childcare center located in the downtown area. We use a play-based, emergent approach to learning, inspired by children’s interests, curiosity, and developmental needs. We offer programs for infant, toddler, and preschool age groups in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement a high-quality, child-led, play-based program that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, language, and social development of children.
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning to inform curriculum planning.
- Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, ensuring all Ministry of Education and public health standards are met.
- Support positive behaviour guidance and foster independence and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members to support children’s growth and development.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment and classroom needs.




- Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Medical Check.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset.
- Passionate, caring, and dedicated to supporting children’s holistic development.
