1. Registered Massage Therapists & Lead RMT
We're seeking Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). We are also looking for a motivated Lead RMT who is interested in taking on a manager role while continuing to build a successful practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy treatments
- Deliver outstanding client care and treatment plans
- (Lead RMT) Oversee daily clinic operations
- Support scheduling and client experience
- Assist with staff coordination and mentorship
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and clinic growth

1. Esthetician / Medical Esthetician
We are also looking for a motivated, customer-focused experienced Esthetician/Medical Esthetician who enjoys working in a qualified wellness environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic and front desk operations
- Coordinate appointments and client communications
- Assist with marketing and social media
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Help grow the clinic and support team development
Qualifications
- Experience in a spa, medical spa, or wellness clinic preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership and sales experience is an asset
- Fluent English (additional languages are an asset)
