Gilmore Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary wellness team.

We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services supported by advanced technology and a strong client base. This is an ideal opportunity for an RMT seeking a stable environment, steady bookings, and a supportive team culture.

About The Role As our RMT, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic massage treatments and collaborate with our acupuncture, osteopathy, skincare, medical aesthetics, and wellness teams to support whole-body health.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments

Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate charting in JaneApp

Educate clients on wellness, injury prevention, and homecare

Collaborate with clinic practitioners to enhance patient outcomes

Maintain a clean, calm, and safe treatment environment

Participate in occasional clinic events, open houses, or wellness promotions Qualifications Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTBC

Valid liability insurance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to client-centered care and qualified ethics

Experience with ICBC billing is an asset

JaneApp experience is preferred but not required
