Duties

- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant health information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises to enhance results.
- Ensure the treatment workplace is clean, organized, and adheres to all health and safety standards at all times.
- Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing professional development and maintaining licensure.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and rapport.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments, answer questions, and provide guidance to clients.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
