- Train and support clinical preceptors for student placements
- Conduct orientation sessions for new nursing staff
- Organize centre-specific mandatory training
- Implement PSS training to enhance care delivery
- Promote ParaMed's policies through staff education Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse in valuable standing
- 3-5 years in adult education or training roles
- 2-3 years practicing in a community nursing environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
