WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Deliver resident-centred care in LTC, retirement, or community settings
· Administer medications and wound care as per scope and facility protocol
· Monitor and document resident health status and report changes to RN or physician
· Support and mentor PSW team members during shifts
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR
· Participate in shift handovers and care conferences as required
WHAT YOU BRING
✓ Current CNO registration in good standing — RPN designation
✓ Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC or retirement setting preferred
