Lead innovative research initiatives as the Manager of Research and Quality Improvement at the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences. This full-time role focuses on operationalizing the OR&QI; Hub Model to enhance academic support. Your expertise will drive successful implementation and coordination within the Research and Quality Improvement Hub.
In this role, you'll consult, coach, and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring an effective approach to academia, while overseeing staff development, project management, and best practices implementation. Your leadership will shape the growth of Quality Improvement champions and academic capacity across programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and operationalize the OR&QI; Hub Model
- Manage and align projects and resources for efficiency
- Lead development of QI champions and networks
- Ensure documented processes for business transactions
- Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations Requirements:
- University degree required; Masters preferred
- 3 years of related administrative experience
- Robust understanding of academic and HR principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Ability to build effective relationships across levels Drive impactful change in Medicine through effective research and quality strategies at the University of Manitoba.
