The Geriatric Psychopharmacology Research Group is seeking a highly motivated Research Coordinator with excellent data analysis skills to assist the team with active clinical research studies and databases.
Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Analyze experimental data
Prepare, draft, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications, protocols, and internal reports Recruit participants and conduct informed consent Process, store, and transport plasma/serum samples Liaise with students, CCTS, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while conducting clinical research activities Conduct and score tests and questionnaires related to cognition, mood and behaviour, functional status, quality of life, etc. Collect, organize, manage, and enter date into paper and electronic case report forms and databases
Monitor and promote the quality and integrity of data The Successful Candidate Will Meet The Following Qualifications/skills Requires the successful completion of BSc. in a science related discipline or equivalent research experience A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Experience working with participants with dementia and their care-partners
Knowledge of GCP, Health Canada Division 5 regulations
Robust analytical skills and ability to apply critical thinking skills Experience with statistical analysis and statistical programs
