We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio in Hamilton, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining well-managed communities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and has a robust attention to detail. They will be confident in handling day-to-day property operations, building positive relationships with residents, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
The starting salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience.
