POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst/Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will support revenue optimization initiatives through data analysis, reporting, forecasting, pricing evaluation, and profitability assessments. You will also manage our CRM platform, configure user access, and build automations to help the company use customer data more effectively acting as a bridge between business needs and technology using low-code tools.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams, you will provide insights that drive business decisions, improve financial performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth across the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze revenue performance, shipment volumes, pricing trends, and customer profitability

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts while monitoring data to ensure information is clean and accurate

Conduct variance analysis and identify revenue opportunities and risks

Add or remove users and assign security profiles in Salesforce

Help build workflows in Salesforce to reduce manual work / tasks Support pricing strategies, contract reviews, and profitability assessments

Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable business insights

Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets from operational and financial systems

Identify revenue leakage and recommend process improvements

Assist with budgeting, forecasting,



and monthly financial reporting activities

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support strategic initiatives

Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple platforms

Provide system support for Salesforce including but not limited to training new users and fixing platform bugs QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel

Experience with SQL is considered an asset

Previous experience as a system administrator for a CRM platform is an asset

Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Business degree is preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to manage multiple priorities, reports, and projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team workplace

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is considered an asset.
