Responsibilities

- Preparing and serving all types of sushi rolls in a quick and timely manner
- Able to create the best quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring quality checks of dishes are up to restaurant standard
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Maintaining a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor food stock, as needed
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
- MUST hold valid work permit in Canada at the time of applying
- 1yrs+ experience in roll making or background in working at Japanese restaurant is an asset
- Understanding various cooking techniques required for Japanese food
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- A passion for Japanese and Asian culinary art and flavours
- Able to communicate in English or Korean
- Knowledge in food safety
- Strong responsibility for their duties

Salary:
- Depending on experience
- Tips, overtime pay

Flexible shift schedules are available Job Types: Full-time, Part time
