Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist – Kroll Deployment In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmaprix pharmacy teams in Quebec as they transition to the Kroll pharmacy management system. You will provide hands-on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each pharmacy is fully operational on the new system.

You will work closely with pharmacy teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful system launch at each location.

Bring

Experience working in retail pharmacy environments, preferably in Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart locations

Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, with experience in Kroll and AssystRx considered strong assets.





Strong ability to train and support pharmacy staff during system transition

Ability to travel frequently across Quebec to support store implementations ( ~ 80% travel)[M(1] [LS2]

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules depending on store conversion timelines

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting processes and implementation activities

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a quick-paced rollout environment
