Job Summary: Safely load bundles of shingles and related products to the roof. Perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping and receiving.

Compensation: $25-30/hour

Job Responsibilities

Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products

Working closely and co-operatively with driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product

Handling material by hand and with use of appropriate equipment Required to perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping, and receiving, when not on deliveries

Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store and yard

Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation

Other duties as required

Qualifications

Requires physical strength/stamina and the ability to work at heights. Fall Protection/Working at Heights training - an asset (can be provided)





Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)

Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly

Strong customer service skills

Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience - Preferred

Previous experience as a General Laborer/Laborer - an asset

Previous experience as Warehouse Associate, Construction Helper, Manual Laborer would be beneficial

Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

Authorized to work in Canada
